Lead Pastor

Josh Tufte

Josh’s story is one of discovering that Jesus welcomes people before they have everything cleaned up. After serving in children’s ministry, working in fitness and professional boxing, and returning to pastoral ministry in 2020, he helped launch Passion Church in 2025.

As Lead Pastor, Josh provides directional leadership, teaches, develops leaders, and keeps Passion focused on reaching people far from God through authentic, life-changing relationships. His heart is especially for people who are skeptical, overlooked, hurting, or unsure they belong in church.

Executive Pastor of Ministry Operations

Glenda Currin

Glenda helps Passion’s ministries work together with clarity and care. She supports ministry leaders, coordinates operations, and helps turn the church’s mission and vision into practical plans people can carry out.

Her role keeps communication, teams, and ministry details moving in the same direction so people are served well—not simply managed.

Worship Leader

Gabby Thibeault

Gabby leads Passion’s worship ministry and helps prepare gatherings where people can focus on Jesus, respond honestly, and worship together.

She guides the worship team in musical preparation, spiritual leadership, and the behind-the-scenes work that helps our services feel welcoming and centered on God.

Family Ministry

Dalton & Emily Bequette

Dalton and Emily help lead ministry for children, students, and families. Their work supports age-appropriate Bible teaching, trusted relationships, family connection, and environments where the next generation can know Jesus and grow.

They help connect Passion Explorers and NXT LVL into one family-ministry pathway—from the earliest years through high school.

How leadership works at Passion.

Healthy leadership needs clear responsibility, real accountability, wise counsel, and a church family willing to take part. These four parts work together.

Pastor-led

The Lead Pastor oversees day-to-day ministry, develops teams, gives directional leadership, and helps execute Passion’s mission and vision. The Lead Pastor also serves as an elder and a member of the Oversight Team.

Elder-protected

Our elders form the Oversight Team. They provide spiritual accountability and protection for the Lead Pastor and approve the annual budget, major church decisions, and new elders.

Advisor-supported

Trusted advisors provide wisdom and on-the-ground perspective to the Lead Pastor and Oversight Team. They hold important leadership responsibilities while serving in a non-voting role.

Congregation-powered

The church family carries ministry forward by giving time, gifts, service, prayer, and generosity. Leadership can guide the mission, but the whole church lives it out together.
