Passion Church

This resource will give your family a clear, grace-filled place to begin.

An anxious or sensitive child does not need to be shamed out of what they feel. Begin by listening. Help them name what is happening, remind them that they are safe and loved, and take the next wise step together.

Try this first

  • Stay calm and get on their level.
  • Ask what the fear feels like instead of immediately correcting it.
  • Practice one grounding routine and one short prayer.
  • Watch for patterns involving sleep, school, relationships, or major transitions.

If anxiety is persistent, severe, or disrupting everyday life, involve a qualified medical or mental-health professional. Asking for help is not a failure of faith.

Start here this week.

Begin with listening; seek licensed care when symptoms are persistent, severe, or disruptive.

Connect With Care

Pastoral support matters. Church care and trusted resources can help, but they do not replace emergency, medical, legal, or licensed mental-health care when those are needed.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PARENT ALONE
